By using eshortletbook.com and booking with ESHORTLETBOOK ("we", "us") you agree to these terms.

Our service

We offer furnished apartments, car hire, event centre hire, barbers and hairstylists (E-HairHub), flight requests and table reservations, mainly in Abuja. For some services, a request on the website is not a confirmed booking until our team confirms it.

Bookings and payment

• Apartment bookings are held for a short time while you pay. If payment is not completed in time, the dates are released.
• A booking is confirmed once payment is received (or once our team confirms it, for pay-later requests). You will see its status under My bookings.
• Payments are taken in Nigerian naira (₦) through Paystack. Prices shown in other currencies are a guide only, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate.
• Prices for cars, events, flights and other services are quoted and confirmed by our team before you pay.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel an unpaid held booking yourself under My bookings. For paid bookings, or to change dates, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Refunds and rebooking depend on how close the booking is and on the host's or provider's terms, and we will tell you before you are charged anything further.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses and dates.
• Treat the apartment, car, venue and the people who serve you with respect, and follow house rules and local law.
• You are responsible for damage you or your guests cause.

Property owners and providers

If you list a property, car, venue or service with us, you confirm that you have the right to offer it and that the details and photos are accurate. We may decline or remove a listing.

Our responsibility

We work to keep listings and prices accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will never contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, because it is how you sign in. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
